I still do not have a PHP

I made the mistake of choosing MHBP as my insurance for 2009. To date, I still have not found a doctor. I did find one who will write prescriptions but after taking my co-pay, his nurse told me he did not perform routine exams. What doctor will write prescriptions but not perform exams. If I had been a drug addict, I could have gone to town w/this guy. I just needed mild stuff like flonase and pres. prilosec. So, 8 months later I still cannot find a doctor. The MHBP website has a list of providers that is out of date and lists doctors who are not taking their plan or not in service. One provider is a network of seemingly overworked doctors because they cannot answer their phones, put you on hold or tell you to check back when the drs. might be taking new customers. What a joke!
