Everybody says: Catch colon cancer early, get a colonoscopy...everybody except BC/BS of FL"

I signed up for BC/BS FL on 4/1/08. At that time I was informed by the agent, of 2 year exclusions for my knee cartilage surgery & a polypectomy b/c they found a polyp during my 12/205 colonoscopy. On 3/31/09, per the doctors orders and per the guidelines of the cancer institute as well as every doctor on planet earth, I tried to schedule a colonoscopy. BC/BS rejected my claim for a colonoscopy pre-exam, and not the polypectomy of 2005. On 4/1/10 I wrote to BC/BS of FL to have those exclusions removed. I was then informed, those exclusions could be for 5 years or permanent, depending on their whim at the time. Their agent lied when she told me i could have the exclusions removed in 2 yrs. I asked her point blank, if a colonoscopy would be covered and she said "Yes but another polypectomy, polyp removal would not be covered". So accepted BC/BS of FL as my health care provider.
Now they are asking for the notes from the 3/31/09 pre-exam. They already have that information. It's the same info they used to REJECT the claim on 3/31/09 when i tried to schedule a colonoscopy.
BC/BS is giving me the runaround. Playing games with me and making me jump thru all these hoops, just to get the colonoscopy they promised I'd be covered for. This is ridiculous. I will go to my colonoscopy doctor's staff & request that records be sent to BC/BS underwriters at my expense. I guess that $62/month increase isn't enough to cover doctor's notes they require. How much do you want to bet, BC/BS will find another insipid reason for rejecting me to have the life saving procedure of a colonoscopy. Cause u know, God forbid, if i have any health issue with my colon, those SOBs at BC/BC of FL will reject any life saving operation on the colon as a pre-existing condition.
Can u help me get BC/BS to honor their agreement they made to me when they agreed to be my health care provider on 4/1/2008? Preventative procedures such a colonoscopies save lives. BC/BS don't care about that only raising premiums & providing nothing. I won't even get into the medicine they denied paying for --- that's a whole other story.
