My 95 yr. old mother's claim denied after fall

When my 95 year old mother fell,one leg was clearly damaged badly; she passed out from the pain. I called an ambulance and took her to a hospital emergency room. Later, BlueCrossBlue shield refused to pay for the ambulance, stating that it was not necessary. This was a high end policy for seniors.
