Guaranteed Healthcare

I am a single mother of twin girls who will be four in August. Last October my girls were kicked off of their Missouri Medicaid because I make too much money for them to be on the insurance. I do not qualify for insurance at my job and I cannot afford to pay for insurance. So I am getting a second job just so I can afford for my girls to have insurance even though I know that I am taking my time away from them but I can't afford not to.
